2 Weeks Post-Op & Feeling Great!

  • Popular Post

I had my surgery on June 5th & had my 2 week post-op dr. visit yesterday. I have lost 25 lbs so far, I almost cried when I found out because I was so happy. I don't have a scale at home so the number was a total surprise. Other than some pain at the incision sites, I have had no other issues. I totally expected to feel nausea or feel tired but none of that has happened. This was the best thing I ever did for myself. I am doing lots of walking, so off I go for another walk!

Amom

big congrats on your weight loss and "not having a scale" many people, including me sometimes live by the scale.

Kathy, you always make we laugh! Thank you for the beautiful gift!

Amom, keep up the walking and I'm glad you feel great. :)

Absolutely wonderful news!!!! I'm a day before you and I really do feel like I've turned a corner too, I almost laid on my side this morning. I'm still struggling with protein shakes, but though I had some seriously complications during surgery, the pain is less, I can pick things up off the floor, I do have some incisional pain and still some gas, but I do feel much better.

Glad to hear you are doing fantastic. Keep up the good work and enjoy your walk!

Congrats Amom2twins!!
