  3. shane, I, too, have been experiencing the head hunger. When this rears its ugly head I get and do something to distract my mind. Typically I clean but you could also go for a walk or something that appeals to you.
  4. 1 WEEK UPDATE - I was sleeved 5/31/12 and am 13 lbs down! I feel good with this loss; especially since I am only 4'11.
  5. OTRsleever is correct, stalls are normal. Are you on a post-op diet?

  7. I am now beginning my 3rd day post-op and realize the importance of getting in the fluids. I was up several times throughout the night with headaches. Drank water and it went away.
  8. I just squeezed into the May sleevers group. I had surgery on May 30, 2012 so not much has changed. I love reading everyone's stories though as it is encouraging.
  9. Tinap & GivingItMyAll I was just sleeved on May 30, 2012. As many have shared, the surgery went smoothly and it has been virtually pain free thus far. Came home today from the hospital and other than fatigue I've been fine.

  15. For what it's worth I use Bariatric Fusion chew-able vitamins. They were designed for patients that have undergone weight loss surgery. You can buy them on-line.

  17. I am unaware of Atkins flavors but EAS advantage shakes has a strawberry flavor that I think tastes good. You can buy it at Wal-Mart.
