  1. Thanks for sharing your struggles. I am a newbie and this is something I needed to hear. As everyone has already said, you can do this! Keep us posted.

  5. The question I would want answered would be related to follow-up.after care. If you go to Mexico how does that work?
  6. The main reason I did not go with the lap band was a needle having to be inserted into the abdomen with each adjustment. I also did not like the need for more follow-up visits.
  7. You may want to try ice chips and/or sugar-free liquids.
