September 13, 201213 yr Author How's it going for you ladies? I'm not finding many people here in Austin who have had the surgery. Howie, it's pretty easy to eat healthy here, since Austinites are pretty health conscious.

September 13, 201213 yr FaganBerry, wow, didn't realize I hadn't answered. I'm sorry. Maintaning isn't too bad. . .Been up a down within 10 - 15 lbs of my weight. It's not too hard to get it down once you get back in the swing of things, but it's getting into the swing of things which is tough. . .but at least I'm not 360 lbs ! I eat basically anything I want, and thank God for the restriction, it prevents me from overeating. Every now and then I do go overboard, but man do I pay the consequences of that. . . lol . . .Good for me. . .

I haven't joined a gym yet and have been thinking of doing it. I still have fears of working out around other people even with the weight I have lost.
