When We're Happy Able To Stop Drinking

The protein drinks? I know eventually ill be able to trade in shakes for protein bars. Was just curious as to others guidelines.

    Follow what your surgeon says. I'm suppose to get in a least 60 grams of protein from food and supplement with shakes as needed.
