Ugh-- Terrible Day

Lets see where do i start? I woke this morning to weigh 2.5 pounds more than i did last week! My kids really ran me ragged...tantrum city is where I lived today! I did not stop eating today, have bot exercised in two days and but wait there is more, are 4 pieces of chocolate today! Reallt ready to just give up on the sleeve!

Hang in there, we all have our bad days just get back up and try again tomorrow.

There is always tomorrow to get back on track. I always eat protein first and then a little of something else if I have too. ;)
