I don't think it's so much the act of frying as the high calorie oils that normally accompany it. Scrambled with some Pam I would think would be fine!

I have been blending all my foods in the blender to puree it. To give myself a little extra Protein

I use the unjury chicken Soup flavor mix and pour it over the chicken as a gravy and it works great for me.

They're allowing me to be on more of a mechanical soft diet, rather than purees and such. So far, I've had hummus, tuna salad, soft meatballs, flaky fish, thin-ish mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, and string cheese. They allow very well ground meats and things like that, rather than having to blend everything.

My diet is similar to yours but I have to purée some foods. I have yet to try meatballs but I love being able to eat fish. It helps me get a lot of my Protein in.

Jimmy, man I'm really sorry to hear that bro. Had no idea. Wishing you well and we'll keep you in our prayer here at the Patin house. God's Speed Bro!
