Sooo Frustrated

I am 5.5 months out and have lost about 86 pounds. I had a complication. I had a stricture. The first one my doctor has had in all his practice. I'm holding at the same weight now FOREVER. It won't move for the life of me. I have started a boot camp an my food intake is very low still have some problem with my stricture. But he does not want to do surgery or stretch again for another two months. The thought of eating almost makes me sick. Why bother really? Anyways any tips for scale movement .... I know I should not be a scale watcher but after being big for so long you die to see a small number. Shows me proof I am being a success. Help!

First of all sorry about your complication, second of all good job on the 86 pound weight loss. Could your weight stall possibly be because your not consuming enough calories...

Low caloric intake could be the problem. But don't forget about those inches. One thing I used to do during a dieting plateau was try on clothes every Friday night. I'd just parade through my closet trying on things that used to fit, never fit, and watch the big difference from week to week. You have done an amazing job! Don't let the scale fool you.
