Surgery Tomorrow!

My surgery is tomorrow! I'm very excited but also very nervous! Any advice on calming my nerves or last minute advice before I go under the knife?

Keep focused on th wonderful changes that you have ahead. Know that any pain that you experience will be temporary. Most of all, find something to do today to occupy your mind, stay busy and you will be out of surgery before you know it and on your way to a healthy new life. Good luck tomorrow!!!!!!

Good luck!!!! Let us know how you are doing as soon as you can!!!!!! You are on your way to a new you!!!!

I like what Gene said, keep busy. When I sit down or stay still for too long I start thinking about it and get anxious and time seems to stop...just keep it movin and try not to even think about it too much, before u know it, u will be on the other side!!

My surgery is in a week, and I am nervous now. So can't imagine how your nerves are!

I like the idea of keeping busy! Good luck, prayers are with you & update us when you can!

I just had to be nervous. Tried to distract myself with whatever I could, but mostly prayed a lot. It'll be in the rearview mirror before you know it!

Waiting was the hardest part. Wishing you the best on your journey!
