I dont really cook much, but I find putting my crockpot on the counter in the morning and filling it with some meat, along with water and a packet of italian seasoning is really easy, and it tastes great. takes me literally 2 minutes to do, and the meat can be frozen, so no need to thaw. you can also use the ranch seasoning, or just plain lawrys seasoning. I ususally just do chicken or pork.....but you could do ribs and by the time you get home they are done, and soooo tender it is really easy on the sleeve. hope this helps :) good luck!!!

In response to sassy girl, I agree crock pot can be a life saver. If you want to try different flavors add some salsa to the meat. I personally prefer green salsa.

I do a lot of stir frys--frozen broccoli, some protein, splash of teriyaki sauce, and in about 4 minutes I have dinner with enough leftovers for next day's lunch. I also sometimes get a rotisserie chicken which lasts for days.

yummm....gotta try the salsa too....thanks!
