I found them at walmart and brought them to my 2 week post op and my surgeon and nutritionist said they were fine. They taste horrid but it only 3 oz and you're done well for awhile...

Others on here say they aren't good for us so I guess I'd say e-mail your doctor or nutritionist or bring them to your next appointment... goodluck

They are soy based protein. My doc told me it was better than nothing but not to depend on them for a majority of our protein.

I like this one from Walmart its 45 grams of whey Protein. Watermelon is the best. They not great but easy way to get in protein

Those have collegen based Protein as well as whey. My nut said They are "better then no protein" but not as good as pure whey.
