yes it works, but it's pure hell if your not used to it and you've been doing carbs a lot. But it does work. . . will get you back on track. Good luck.

Me too. Ive been stalled for almost a year .. granted I havent done any exercise .. gotta start that up again ... sigh

The three day pouch test website and forum has all the info you'll need. Just google it. I am on day 1, so far so good! The soups you are allowed to have are amazing.
