I Know This Isnt Much

I'm 5 days post op and I'm a total of 11 pounds down. I know its probably all water weight since I went from eating to now all liquids. Even changed batteries in my scale because I didnt believe it.

Time, the first few months we lose weight so fast that it's scary. It will slow down after a couple of months, but just stick to the plan. Get your protein, water and vitamins in so that you lose fat and not muscle and start an exercise program as soon as you can. You're going to be thrilled with this ride! :)

I guess some people might change the batteries if they are NOT losing weight, but you changed the bateries cuz you are losing weight.

Oh well, thats ok too. And BTW maybe at first it is Water weight loss, but we'll take it any way we can :)

Even if you gained... you were given fluids in the hospital, you had trauma to your cells, ... I could go on... but I'll stop!! LOL
