First 50 Gone!

I'm exactly four weeks out today and I've hit my first goal - the first 50 pounds are gone! 31 of those were prior to surgery and 19 since. Feeling good!!

The even-better-news is that I couldn't resist and jumped on the scale after a wonderfully intense water aerobics class this morning and I must have sweat a lot because I'm down another 1.5 pounds since this morning's official weekly weigh in!
