Thats awesome debbie! i was wondering how stricked you were with following your diet and how your weightloss has went im one month post op tomorrow and i am down 25 lbs and the inches are comming off like mad if i could pull off another 25 lbs would be faboulous. im gonna start the gym hopefully tomorrow! you are doing incredible have fun losing!

Thx. I followed it religously until the 8 weeks were up, then I'm mostly trying to get the protein I need, so really if u eat proteins first you have no room for anything else! I'm Ukrainian and I made all the fattening dishes for Christmas, ate whatever I wanted and still lost 2 lbs :).

25 lbs is awesome, there is usually a month long stall at about 2 months or so, so be prepared for that.
