  3. Thx. I followed it religously until the 8 weeks were up, then I'm mostly trying to get the protein I need, so really if u eat proteins first you have no room for anything else! I'm Ukrainian and I made all the fattening dishes for Christmas, ate whatever I wanted and still lost 2 lbs . 25 lbs is awesome, there is usually a month long stall at about 2 months or so, so be prepared for that.
  4. mine was 2 weeks clear fluids 2 weeks strained soups and protein shakes and smoothies (only stuff that would go thru a straw) week5 &6 mushie foods wk 7 & 8 soft foods week 9 regular foods
