Super Nsv (sort Of)

I have been sharing with close friends that I had finally made it into the 100's and a few of them were shocked! They assumed I weighed more like 160lbs!!! (I'm only 5'4'') Wow, I didn't believe the first one but then 3 more people said the same..... Wow and I thought I looked more like 220ish in my brain. :-) this has made my weekend!!! I would rather weigh more and look good than weigh less and look bad!

      Congratulations! There is a thread on the site that has a great discussion of looking like you weigh less than you do. It is all about the ratio of fat to muscle individuals carry. I agree with you
