Food dreams

Today is my 1 month follow up with the NP and I had multiple dreams of me cheating last night. The first one I was boozing hard, the 2nd one I ate some kind of huge piece of cake that was amazing, and the third one I ate a cheeseburger. I actually woke up thinking I really did it. Then when I realized it was a dream, I laughed. Can't take the obsessive thoughts away I guess! :)

I have had those dreams too. Dreams of eating french fries or a burger. I wake up thinking "oh no" and then realize it didn't really happen. SIGH..

Omg that's sooo weird I didn't know other people had them too! Last night I was eating an entire dozen glazed donuts. Then I woke up full, and I was freaking out that maybe i had actually eating something !

I hear ya. I'm almost 2 weeks out from having had the surgery and the first few nights I was having food dreams. What's funny is that I caught myself thinking "Wait, I can't possibly do that anymore" in the dream, which snapped me out of it.

Yep, last night I dreamed that I was back to my old ways of just cheating a little on my diet. I went to Subway and got a footlong and then polished it off with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard from Dairy Queen. I was telling myself that cheating one meal wouldn't kill me and then I remembered- I'm supposed to be on clear liquids only! I started freaking out that I was going to have a leak and then I woke up... with horrible reflux, too. My mind is trying to sabotage me, lol

I have dreams that I'm drinking a big ice cold glass of Canada Dry ... yumminess. :-) in my dream I keep thinking "you shouldn't be drinking pop" yet I keeep sipping. I then wake up panicked that I messed up my stomach. LOL
