Three Months Out - Pics!

Hi! I am three months out and have finally made it to Oneder Land! 197 as of this week. So far I am still struggling with 1) eating too fast 2) stopping eating before I am super full. I guess they go hand in hand. Sometimes I get super paranoid that I have stretched my stomach but then realize I can only comfortably eat 2 oz of chicken so that is pretty unlikely.

So, being totally honest. I hate hate hate taking my Multivitamins. I have the Celebrate ones and they make me super sick. Fun! I also need to be better about Water. I notice a huge difference in loss when I maintain hydration.

Not sure why the before pic is SO huge... but you get the drift. Any advice on stopping eating before you are stuffed, Vitamins and hydration would be much appreciated!

I don't have any advice except to maybe crush the vitamins and spoon them in some yogurt. Also, congrats on your super awesome weight loss!

Congrats, you look great!

I take NatureMade Multivitamin softgels (complete with iron). They are big but I have been taking since about 5 days out with no problem. I'm also taking the citracal petites . . . I have to take 6 a day but it's really not that bad.

Good luck!

omg you look adorable! can't wait to catch up to you!!!! :-)
