  1. @@mrich612 Thank you so much! I was hunting and hunting for any sort of revision support and it seems to be very scarce. I would love to talk to you further about your process if you are willing!

  3. I know this is a topic that gets a lot of judgment on this forum. All I am asking is kindness in response. I am looking into getting my sleeve turned into RNY. I successfully lost all of my weight and kept it off for two years. I then got pregnant with twins. It was a high risk pregnancy and I didn't gain any weight during the first two trimesters. Due to pressure from my OB and my own fears about my babies I began to eat as much as I physically could. To be clear, I am not blaming anyone but myself, I am just explaining that it wasn't the typical slipping back into bad habits situation. After I gave birth to my premature daughters (who are now fine, healthy, amazing), I was stuck in the habit of continually overeating. It's a rut I continually fight to get out but I am now looking at revision to RNY because of this. Does anyone have success stories, words of wisdom, or revision after pregnancy experience? Thank you, Jen

  5. Thank you all for the replies, I am starting the five day pouch test tomorrow. However, if anyone could point me in the right direction of how to fix this.. I don't get any email or notification when someone responds to my post!! Does the app work well for the iPhone?
  6. Does this work? I have seen it but didn't know if it actually made any difference.
  7. Hello all! I haven't been on this forum very much at all, which is probably to my detriment. I have regained half of what I lost. Now, one of the main reasons for this is I had twins almost two years ago. I was pushed to eat as much as I physically could in order to maintain a healthy pregnancy. It was worth it. I love my girls and they were born premature, I can't imagine them being any smaller than they were, but here I am, 210 pounds and frustrated and feeling hopeless. My surgeon that did my surgery is kind of useless. I don't know if I should be looking into revision or if I am even a candidate for that? Are there any veterans out here that can provide some guidance?
  8. Hello all! I am a little over a year out and I have noticed a difference in how I feel full and I was wondering if anyone had experienced the same thing? I have now started to feel tightness/constriction lower down, in what I would assume is my intestines? It isn't pain, just a clear, don't eat anymore symptom. Has anyone experienced this?
  9. Sometimes I have liquid or protein after. It's not like a feeling of full, more like its gone through my stomach and hit my intestine. I know it's because I've over eaten, but I'm wondering why it's lower down.
  10. Hello all, I am just over a year out and 90 pounds down!! I had a question about slider/carb pain. I don't eat carbs in high volumes very often. When I do, from time to time, I feel a tightness lower down, to the right side, it isn't fullness, it is like, pressure... Only when I overeat only carbs. Weird? Or normal?
  11. Hi! I am three months out and have finally made it to Oneder Land! 197 as of this week. So far I am still struggling with 1) eating too fast 2) stopping eating before I am super full. I guess they go hand in hand. Sometimes I get super paranoid that I have stretched my stomach but then realize I can only comfortably eat 2 oz of chicken so that is pretty unlikely. So, being totally honest. I hate hate hate taking my Multivitamins. I have the Celebrate ones and they make me super sick. Fun! I also need to be better about Water. I notice a huge difference in loss when I maintain hydration. Before: Now: Not sure why the before pic is SO huge... but you get the drift. Any advice on stopping eating before you are stuffed, Vitamins and hydration would be much appreciated!
  12. THAT MAKES SENSE!! thank you!
  13. I would definitely say gallstones - I've got them. The pain is exactly like that.
  14. I had a pre-existing wine tasting weekend already set up a month after my surgery. I took it easy - but maybe had two full glasses a day and way fine. I felt guilty the whole time though...
  15. Kids, that is exactly how I feel! I've asked my husband to watch my eating and remind me to slow down!
