3 years later

Hello all! I haven't been on this forum very much at all, which is probably to my detriment. I have regained half of what I lost. Now, one of the main reasons for this is I had twins almost two years ago. I was pushed to eat as much as I physically could in order to maintain a healthy pregnancy. It was worth it. I love my girls and they were born premature, I can't imagine them being any smaller than they were, but here I am, 210 pounds and frustrated and feeling hopeless.

My surgeon that did my surgery is kind of useless. I don't know if I should be looking into revision or if I am even a candidate for that? Are there any veterans out here that can provide some guidance?

Congrats on your initial success and for the birth of your girls! Before considering revision - try doing the pouch reset to see if you can get back to losing. Welcome back!

Does this work? I have seen it but didn't know if it actually made any difference.

Be sure to explore the "Instructions" and "Sample Menu" tabs at the top of the linked home page for the Meat Test as well.

Thank you all for the replies, I am starting the five day pouch test tomorrow. However, if anyone could point me in the right direction of how to fix this.. I don't get any email or notification when someone responds to my post!! Does the app work well for the iPhone?
