  1. Hello all! I am a little over a year out and I have noticed a difference in how I feel full and I was wondering if anyone had experienced the same thing? I have now started to feel tightness/constriction lower down, in what I would assume is my intestines? It isn't pain, just a clear, don't eat anymore symptom. Has anyone experienced this?
  2. Sometimes I have liquid or protein after. It's not like a feeling of full, more like its gone through my stomach and hit my intestine. I know it's because I've over eaten, but I'm wondering why it's lower down.
  3. Hello all, I am just over a year out and 90 pounds down!! I had a question about slider/carb pain. I don't eat carbs in high volumes very often. When I do, from time to time, I feel a tightness lower down, to the right side, it isn't fullness, it is like, pressure... Only when I overeat only carbs. Weird? Or normal?
  4. Hi! I am three months out and have finally made it to Oneder Land! 197 as of this week. So far I am still struggling with 1) eating too fast 2) stopping eating before I am super full. I guess they go hand in hand. Sometimes I get super paranoid that I have stretched my stomach but then realize I can only comfortably eat 2 oz of chicken so that is pretty unlikely. So, being totally honest. I hate hate hate taking my Multivitamins. I have the Celebrate ones and they make me super sick. Fun! I also need to be better about Water. I notice a huge difference in loss when I maintain hydration. Before: Now: Not sure why the before pic is SO huge... but you get the drift. Any advice on stopping eating before you are stuffed, Vitamins and hydration would be much appreciated!
  5. THAT MAKES SENSE!! thank you!
  6. I would definitely say gallstones - I've got them. The pain is exactly like that.
  7. I had a pre-existing wine tasting weekend already set up a month after my surgery. I took it easy - but maybe had two full glasses a day and way fine. I felt guilty the whole time though...
  8. Kids, that is exactly how I feel! I've asked my husband to watch my eating and remind me to slow down!
  9. And by two weeks out, I meant two months out.. oh dear.
  10. I am nearly two weeks out and I wanted to find out if the way I feel full is normal. I Usually get the hiccups and then if I continue eating I get a tight/sore feeling to the right of my bell ybutton, almost on my side... I assume this means my sleeve is full to the brim?
  11. Good to know about the PB2 and the Peter Pan - definitely will be picking some up!!
  12. My nut said Peanut Butter was a bad idea because it is so high in fat - but it seems like such a good source of protein! Anyone had alternative advice regarding peanut butter or nuts in general?
  13. Hey I just replied to this but it disappeared. Yes, I take it and my doctor said it is just fine. Just FYI though, because your stomach is likely pretty empty when you take it, it hits you like a ton of bricks. Don't take it until you are in bed!
