Slider Pain

Hello all,

I am just over a year out and 90 pounds down!! I had a question about slider/carb pain. I don't eat carbs in high volumes very often. When I do, from time to time, I feel a tightness lower down, to the right side, it isn't fullness, it is like, pressure... Only when I overeat only carbs.

Weird? Or normal?

??? Could it be the push of the food going through your system? are you following up with liquids or moree food soon after?

Sometimes I have liquid or protein after. It's not like a feeling of full, more like its gone through my stomach and hit my intestine. I know it's because I've over eaten, but I'm wondering why it's lower down.
