Seriously - how much do you love eggface?!?!?

Wow - I cooked my first eggface recipe last night (sort of). I used her tortilla pizza idea to use leftovers. Of course I only ate a quarter of it, but it was such a wonderful idea!! Tasty. Attractive on the plate. Went down just fine. Only down side - I had to restrain myself from eating more because it was so good.

I want to try making some Protein ice cream.

Can anyone recommend an ice cream maker? I want one that's not

very expensive and is easy to operate.

Her website completely changed my view of what my world of eating was going to be like after the surgery! It gave me hope that I will still be able to have yummy food and not live on Protein shakes and tuna fish! I made one of the "bite recipes" that you make in mini muffin tins and they were terrific. In fact, I had them for Breakfast this morning! My surgery isn't until next week but I plan on using her website/blog as an inspiration and a source of cooking ideas. I wish she would publish her recipes in a cookbook...I would totally buy it! :D

cuisinart ice20. you can get them pretty cheep on line, I got mine for $30 shipped. It is rated highest in its price range. I have not used it for protein ice cream yet, but thats what I bought if for, and am waiting for warmer weather!

Can someone please tell me what an eggface is? I see this all over the place and I really have no idea.

Thanks,

Kelly :)

Yeah- I don't know either- sounds like we should find out immediately!! lol

I have perused her blog a million times and always salivate over her recipies! I want to make the chocolate protein muffins and the chocolate protein donuts. Mmmmm

I have heard such great things...I need to check out . thanks for the reminder!

Her high protein pancakes also rule!!! So yummy! High protein, low carb, what's not to love?

OMG I love her things so much!! I just had my daughter's first birthday party and made about 6 appetizers all from her recipes!! They were all a major hit and for the most part healthy!! It was awesome, cannot wait to make more of them!! Anyone who needs ideas for new things, or hasn't tried some of her stuff have seriously got to try it!!

I made the chocolate Protein mini muffins this afternoon & they are quite good. Hubby loved them even more than me. I'd like to make them ultra high calorie by adding a rich fudge frosting but I guess that would defeat the purpose! :)

I put the recipe into myfitnesspal to calculate nutrition & per muffin: 35 calories; 2 gms carbs; 3 gms protein. The only change I made was to use non-fat milk because that was all I had. Love her blog!

I've been reading her blog, and I just gotta know. Are the recipes with protein powder in it actually really good? Or just good considering they help get your protein in? I just can't wrap my head around it tasting very yummy. She is so creative!!
