    Have date for August 10. Was supposed to,go on June 8' but back went out and I'm about tohave back surgery. Hope I can get this all done by 7/10.

    Well all my paperwork and testing is complete and submitted to nurse for review. If all goes well i should get my call to set up "the date". I can't believe I finally reached this point!
