All the best to you and glad to hear you are doing well. I will be sleeved in excatly one week and I can't wait to start this positive journey. Take care.

That short out, I was still on liquids. How about some egg drop or miso soup?

I am still on liquids, ws sleeved 12/21. Here is what I have been drinking (you should still be on liquids for another week):

1) broth from Cup o Noodles (just give someone else the noodles)

2) Lipton soup mix, no noodles

3) Watered down cream Soups

4) Hot SF Cocoa

5) Lots of herbal teas

I tend to do better with hot stuff anyway, its more soothing for the tummy!

Best of luck to ya!
