Banana Fudge Smoothie

3/4 cups very cold unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/4 cup plain, fat-free Greek-style yogurt

1 ripe banana, frozen and cut into 1" chunks

1 scoop (4 Tbsp) chocolate Protein powder

1 Tbsp unsweetened natural cocoa powder

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 packet natural sweetener

Combine: ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend or process until smooth. Pour smoothie into glass and serve.

Servings: 1

Per Serving: 240 calories, 14g protein, 42 g carb, 13 g Fiber, 4g fat, 0g sat fat, 0mg chol, 210 mg sodium

I use BSN Lean dessert Protein mix. Half a scoop of banana pudding and half a scoop chocolate fudge pudding.

120 calories and 25 grams of protein 3 grams of carbs if made with Water. I use half water and half hood carb countdown chocolate milk so there are 8 grams of carbs and 150 calories.
