8 days out

hey everybody,I'm 8 days out and losing a pound a day,that means 7 pounds a week or 365 pounds in a year....I gotta slow down

    I am six days out and have lost 9 lbs. I am prepared for this to slow down considerably, but hope it doesn't happen soon ;) .

    I'm 4 days out and down 15.5 pounds... it feels a little insane. I am 100% sure it will slow down but it's nice to be in another "decade" on the scale especially when suffering through these liquids!
