12 oz Longhorn cheese, grated

3 eggs, beaten

1 can green chilies; chopped

Mix all together well. Lightly butter a square dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for apx 20 minutes or until melted and slightly brown around the edges.

This is a big hit at parties.
