Yay I weighed in today exactly 1 week ago i had my surgery. I was expecting maybe 3 or 4 pounds....I lost 9.6 lbs!!!! Im so happy! Yippie! Im just scared that once im off the liquids only the weight loss is guna stop or slow down to like 1 lb a week.... But right now im on cloud nine and am so happy about never seeing this 9.6 lbs again! =)

    Hey just think that even if you weight loss slows down atleast you know that every pound we lose will be a pound gone forever.
