WLS cookbooks?

Are there any out there? I'll be 5 weeks out on Monday, so I'm almost back to being able to eat normally. However, I still have all of next week to go. I feel like I'm running out of things to cook.

Now that I've used this cookbook, I actually would NOT recommend it to anyone. Truth be told, I have only made 2 recipes, but they were both not that good. :frown2: Feel like I wasted my money. :mad4:

Oh well, live and learn right?

I also have ths cookbook. I first looked at it from our public library. I did make the deviled egg salad and my husband loved it. I will still try a few mmore recipes. I have also gotten some receipes from the world according to eggface.

5. Cookin For Weight Loss Surgery Patients - By Dick Stucki "The Ultimate Gourmet"

6. Extraordinary Taste - Shannon Owens-Malett, MS,RD, LD

I've rented the Eating Well after WLS cookbook from my library. I have to admitt there aren't a lot in there that I would use. I need something that I can actually use daily. I'm 5 months out since my surgery and need more ideas of things to eat. If you have any suggestions, let me know. Thanks.
