Torani Sugar Free Syrups

There was another person on the site (I am sorry I don't remember who) that mentioned using sugar free torani syrups to kick up their protein shakes a notch. AWESOME IDEA!!

Here are a few places that are reasonable for purchasing them. smile.gif

Torani Syrup, & Torani Sugar Free $4.95 per 750 ml bottle

Amazon has a sample pack of small bottles. smile.gif

Yep, it's a great way to add flavor. I also use coffee (poured over ice) and mix it with protein and milk. It makes a great iced coffee drink full of protein!

I found a website that has all kinds of high protein recipies that call for this...stuff like cake, ice cream, etc. It is from a lady who had a bariatric procedure done, and has experimented with them. It has great reviews!! Check it out if your are interested!

Sounds weird, I know, but great site! Still trying to find the sugar free kind without ordering online. I'll check sam's next!

I put them in my plain greek yogurt too. It's great stuff. I have a restaurant supply store here and it's very cheap there.

Definitely good for plain yogurt. I like to use sugar free hazelnut syrup, with cinnamon, and pumpkin spice. :)

I am using DaVinci sugar free syrups that I got online. $4.77 for 750 ml bottle, about 50 flavors to choose from. I got mine from supplementwarehouse.com, which is also a good source for isopure zero carb protein powder.

I get mine at World Market. They are a little higher but no shipping and sometimes they put them on sale. They are good for snowcones too.

Netrition is more (7.49) but only 4.95 for shipping. I'd have to crunch the numbers to see at what quantity supplement warehouse becomes cheaper.

How much are they at Sam's club?

Oops, I lied. Netrition sells DaVinci brand.

I got a bunch of stuff at once, so I got free shipping--didn't think about that. I like vitacost.com too because they have 4.99 shipping no matter what size order, but they don't carry the syrups.

vitacost has free shipping right now on orders over $79. I love the Oh Yeah peanut butter/choc. Protein bars and I can't live without them. I also get my chewable Calcium citrate there.

Netrition and vitacost are both great because their shipping is 4.99 no matter how much you order.

Free is even better though, and vitacost often does free shipping.

Too bad they don't carry the syrups, but they sure carry everything else!
