Is this really gonna work?

Okay, its starting to happen. I am less than a week out. I am uber obsessed with food. I get that initially my body won't let me eat, but how am I gonna do this. I have SUCH A SICK relationship with food. Is this really gonna work? Am I wasting my time and my money? Am I taking too much of a risk? Do you know how humiliating and heartbreaking it would be if I did all this and then failed? I'm getting scared. Please be honest. How hard is this? Did you grieve? What do I do?

Sliming comes from eating too much or too fast. Your new tummy is very very tiny and will not hold much food at all. When your stomach feels an obstruction, it makes a lot of saliva to try to pass it through. Your mouth fills up and you have to keep spitting it out. Swallowing it will just make it worse. Sometimes you have no choice and the extra food just comes back up.

eww, the visions I have in my head about slimming are not pretty! I am going to start working harder on getting used to chewing more and smaller bites so I will be ready as that sounds disgusting! lol

it's rather annoying all right. sometimes it goes on for a long time before it will stop. It's best to learn to stop eating before you're full. If I stop when I am full at the table, 20 min. later I am completely miserable. It's hard to learn at first.
