Hi everyone, I'm scheduled at long last to have my VSG surgery with Dr Aceves on July 14th!! woohoo!! I'm excited and scared, just like I'm suppose to be I suppose *lol* Looking forward to getting to know more of you for both support and for support as my journey continues. Just think, soon you'll be sleeved and then the feeling of relief sets in as you begin to see the weight drop and your health improve. We look forward to following your progress. Good luck!

Congrats on your date and getting started in a new life, you will absolutely love the sleeve. Dont get discouraged. Keep posting. Our sleeve family is growing.

Boy, this is starting to look like a Dr. Aceves board. He is wonderful and my whole experience at the hospital and in Mexicali was too.

I am really excited that we are getting so many new people here at sleeve talk.

Tick tock is right -- we'll miss you by 1 day -- DF is having his surgery on 7/11 and we will be on our way home on 7/13. You'll love the entire experience. I had my sleeve surgery on 6/12 and have, at last weigh-in, lost 26 lbs.

I am having a few problems; however, according to Yolanda, the problems I am experiencing happen to about 1% of their patients and it will disappear in time, so it's nothing major!
