September 30, 201312 yr I feel that way about soda. There are some days I could go for a big cold glass of Pepsi
September 30, 201312 yr Today was the first day I thought a diet Pepsi sounded nice. Oh so nice. There is one sitting in the fridge too. I'm a pansy when it comes to pain and I've heard the bubbles hurt so I'm afraid to try it and that's probly a good thing. They aren't good for us anyway!!!
September 30, 201312 yr We have assorted free drinks at work. Just kills me some days to hear a coworker pop open a soda. Especially if I think it's a Dr Pepper. Sigh....
September 30, 201312 yr Author It's just right now that it's bothering me. The fall brings Sam Adams Octoberfest and this is my Guinness time of year :-/
October 5, 201312 yr I know a girl that still drinks cokes and won't listen to me about the stories I've heard... Not good at all.
October 5, 201312 yr IMHO a light beer or sugar free soda pop from time to time won't hurt. I'm not about torture!
October 5, 201312 yr I've only had a couple of occasions when I feel like that, and I took a sip of my hubs beer and that satisfied it. Then afterwards it was like, yeah I don't need that anymore. Now, margaritas.....that's a whole different story and I don't go there cuz I could simply drown in one of those and be a happy little girl. ! !
October 8, 201312 yr My surgeon said I can still have soda and beer post-op as long as it's comfortable and recommends letting it sit a few moments after opening to release some of the carbonation.
I miss beer. That is all. Thanks for listening.
