I'm so excited for you! My surgery is on Monday and I'm SO nervous! I bet all will go great! Congratulations!

You will both do great! I am excited for you both. I am one year out, down 80 lbs and very happy with how I feel and the sacrifices I have made. It's all good. It takes work but soooo worth it.

Bring chapstick with you to the hospital. ;-)

Thank you everyone! Nerves are terrible today, good luck to everyone who is being banded this week

Nothing to fear! Enjoy the moment...the surgery is nothing to worry about, it's the day after that will have you in tears. LOL Don't let me scare you, I wouldn't trade my Band-Day for anything in the world, I remember everything except getting knocked out. They put a little bag on my IV and the next thing I know I was waking up in a room. Sweet memories of La-La land...hahahaha.

Congrats and enjoy, you've come a long way and you'll be so happy that you had it done. I know I am. I have a lot to learn, its like every day is a new experience with my band, but I love it nonetheless and I'm happy with my results so far. You will be too! Keep us posted!

Best wishes and speedy recovery! B)

Good luck, you'll be fine.
