I wish I knew hoe to us this webb site it is so confusion what the hell are topic tag

I think they will represent what the topic is about. You type in words that represent what your topic is about and if someone searches using one of those words they will find your topic. Don't hold me to that but that is what I think it is. It will help people find topics they want to read about.

Yes, I can't figure the weight ticker thing out either.

It took me a week to find it by trial & error. Look to the right side of the subject page where you can click an action. Also you will need to page down a long way on the scenic backgrounds to go on to the next choice. Whoever designed this program was not too savvy.
