Crap! Did i mess up big time?

Soo...I was told to have my last meal (and it should be shake) by 6. No problem. I then went to Hi-Health and picked up some (hopefully awesome) protein powder. And started looking at Calcium as my labs showed I was low in calcium. The guy said on I think I have a sole for that chewable. Great! He did. I sampled. I then freaked a bit as it was after 6! Like 6:30 at the latest. :(

Let them know, but it is doubtful there is a problem.

  • No problem... A vitamin is not a meal!

  • I am to be at the surgery center at 7 am tomorrow. I will tell them, but dang! I'm so irritated with myself.
