Starting over!!

Hello everyone. I was banded Jan 2008 initial weight was 367. About 8 months post surgery mybdr left town and I was on my own. I have been fearly successful but I hv platoed. Im back up to 292 and not happy. I admit I hvnt been doing as I should and Im ready to make a change. I recent moved to the Houston area and I have a Dr to follow me know. My appt is in May and Im a lil nervous auto what he may tell me. Just need a lot of support and encouraging words this point. Also need a buddy in the Houston area. Thanx for stopping by.
