On the other hand, I don't chug. I still sip, maybe an ounce at a time. I am 3 1/2 years out and find that I am used to sipping. I guess its your preference! Clear liquids is one thing, don't gulp

I am on Day 6 (still fluid). I can drink must faster than on day one. I followed everything 100% and feel absolutely great. My question would I get a reaction from the band if I am drinking too fast? I finish 500ml water in two hours it is difficult to train not to take big swigs.
