Greek Yogurt

I am in love with Greek Yogurt!!!!!!! I'm 7 days post opp & today I had to have 2 containers of it, do u think that's ok???

I use plain greek yogurt, sugar free preserves and honey to make my own high protein breakfast.

Are you on mushies day 7? I could not have yogurt until day 15. Greek yogurt is very thick for your pouch st this point.
