How do you prepare tuna?

Hi,

I'm just looking for some healthy ways to prepare tuna fish. I hate mayo and mustard, so I'm looking for recipes that don't either but still get you some type of tuna salad.

Any suggestions?

Last time I made it I used greek yogurt to give it the salad texture.

You can mix it with ranch dressing and cut up some sweet pickles in it...

Vinegar helps take that fishy taste out of it

Thanks- some great ideas!

A suggestion i read here... Tuna with FF Cesear dressing

I put low fat mayo and relish- maybe just the relish would be good.

well, i have done this for my son/hub with chicken (and also tuna) salad

take philly cream cheese (ff or reg) and add a packet of ranch powder mix..

mix well.....just a different option.

Cottage cheese, pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. The cottage cheese gives it the salady texture and also ups the protein, so win-win.

Jalapeño, Dee!!!!

Then that's a poor mans Ceciche.

I know what I'm having tomorrow.

Thanks for the idea.
