Very nice accomplishment. Today I realized a similiar thing. As slow as the weight seems to be coming off...I realized that I have not been able to lose 30+ pounds in a long, long time. I have to count these successes!

Congrats again.

You definitely do. Remember all the little things that made you feel so great. It's not all about the numbers. Thank you!(:

It is great to feel lighter and be loosing more than 20 lbs then stop. I actually walked in a mall this week. It's been 4 years since I could walk in a mall after having both my knees replaced. If I feel like this now imagine what the next 37 lbs will do. I don't finish even a small bowl of food and don't eat snacks between meals, I don't even think about food as much. Thank God for the Band.

Were you the one that was having trouble eating? If so, how is that going today?

  • Author

Yes. That was me. Lol. I'm all better today. I can eat && WANT to eat!(: thanks for asking.

How did you guys lose alot more weight? I had my surgery January 27,2011 and I was 250 pounds. Today I weigh in at 182 but I still have a little more to go but it's stuck. Can someone give me a few pointers in helping me reach my goal?
