Also I couldn't find "chili oil" so I just used regular oil. Same cals. Still tasted awesome!

My fav are the enchilada cupcakes and the zucchini squares (made into cupcakes instead of squares)

I made these too! However, I have to be honest in saying that working with wonton wrappers are NO fun! LOL

But, these were deff delish and worth making, you can freeze them as well.

This is exciting! New foods with better options than fast food. I am getting excited to venture down the healthy lane here! Great stuff! :)

I was so intrigued I had to click on this. Pleasantly surprised. These look really good. I think you can do close to the same thing with egg roll wrappers. About the chili oil, you can substitute by just using regular oil and throwing in some red pepper flakes.
