I agree with Terry. Keeping my old clothes is like giving myself permission to regain the weight. I refuse to regain all that I've lost so I get rid the clothes as soon I shrink out of them.

As I go down in size I am literally throwing my clothes in the trash!! Never again will I be wearing those sizes.. 28-18 so far........gone! I don't even want to see them in my closet! GOOD LUCK

I am debating on whether or not to keep any of my old jeans because it is so hard for me to find ones that fit right. However, doing so I feel like I am saying that this is either; A) not going to wk, or
only going to work for a little while and I don't want to have that mind set. I want to keep the mind set that failure is not an option.
Any ideas? Curious to know what other people done or are going to do.
