Protein question

I have noticed several people place protein in their yogurt or other food to help reach their daily goal. What brands/names are you guys using?

I get my daily Protein from meats, fish, Greek yogurt, cheese & nuts. I don't drink Protein Shakes unless I am on liquids from a fill. I consume 60 - 70g of protein daily. Glad you like the Pean

I use chobani yogurt as a snack. Generally if the yogurt is flavored I may add in 1/2 scoop of unflavored protein. Also, really good is plain yogurt with a tbsp of peanut butter for a snack, or PB cookie flavored protein powder.

I also eat my proteins. I love food and hate drinking shakes. If I wake up early i the morning and its too early to eat I have a dannon light fit greek yogurt. They are so gooooood! All other times it is solids for me.

Oh I am going to try the Peanut Butter, Yogurt.. I love peanut butter and putting some in the yogurt gets that protein in there... I love all the good ideas on here...

Warning....It's so addicting! I have it almost daily. Enjoy!

I recently discovered a powdered peanut butter called P2. They press all the oil out of the peanuts and grind it to a powder. You can reconstitute it with water to make peanut butter, but that's not really very good. It's excellent for mixing into things, though.

I am not a yogurt fan but I may be able to eat it w/ PB. This will help me get out of the Protein Shake every single morning routine.

Do you use Greek yogurt with the Peanut Butter?

Yes, plain or vanilla Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.

I have been trying to get more protein in my diet and have started adding protein powder to my Dannon Greek yogurt. I use Unjury unflavored protein powder and just mix it in thoroughly. Usually a tablespoon or so. I don't taste it that way. I occasionally have a small glass of juice when I want something sweet and mix it in there as well.
