2 days post op and sad

I am so sore, it's hard to imagine this all being worth it. I know it will be, but I can't sleep, eat, burp. I'm just miserable. I know it gets better, I just needed to rant.

I am in the same situation. I was banded on Monday and since then just feel depressed and like I made a big mistake and am never going to feel the "same". Even though the "same" is the comforting feeling of binge eating and then going to bed. I feel like a roller coaster of emotion!

Stay positive, remember the reason why you I'd this. You did it for you and to feel better! Walk, sip, rest and repeat as the days go by you are going to feel so much better!!!
