I can't believe I'm posting this, but I keep getting asked for before & after pics. So, the first one was taken the day of surgery and the second one I just took today.

Today, 181 pounds lost and size 18

Missy, you look great and should be very proud of your accomplishments. You may laugh but I keep my big pictures all around me. I never want to forget where I was 2 years ago. My favorite is me standing in my fat pants once I hit goal. I highly recommend this type of photo for everyone. It really makes it sink in where we were and how far we have come. Congratulations on your success to date, this is no small accomplishment.

Words can't not describe how well you have done.........For once I am speechless.

I just looked and still saw it. The before is on top and the after was directly below it.

I tried Firefox, IE and Chrome and the after picture won't show in any of them. Weird........... All I get is a little box that states "posted image". Guess I will just have to fantasize about your success. Bummer for me.....

Thank you...it's funny, but my doc just asked if I'd speak at both his seminars and the bariatric support group. I'm kinda nervous but I agreed.

Omg look at you! You look fantastic what an amazing difference. Thank you so much for finding the courage to post your before and after. These are the most important posts on the forum to me personally and what helps keep me so motivated on my own journey.

You'll also be a fantastic inspiration to the groups you will speak to especially as they are just staring out and have proof in front of them and to see with total dedication the band is an amazing helpful tool.
