I read about using chopsticks, and as soon as I hit the solid food phase I am going to try that. I will definitely feel more manly whipping out a pair of chopsticks than a baby fork at my desk at work

The other day while doing a little bit of research I found a paper written on the lap band and there were many comments on the bottom and one lady said that at the beginning stages of her lapband she ate with a baby fork and spoon until she retrained her self to eat small bits! Has any one done this? And does it work if so?
