That sounds yummy! I normally just eat the little circle ones and the wedges are fantastic with tuna! Or the sour cream one is good for veggi spread!

Jana, I don't eat cottage cheese but you just gave me a great idea......tuna with part skim ricotta. Lots of protein, too.

Many of the *yummy* recipes on emilybites.com use the laughing cow wedges! I make this recipe that is yummy too (mac n cheese) w/ the cheese wedges http://www.hungry-gi...n-cheese-recipe. My kids love it too when I make this. I make it with multigrain pasta as it has protein and lots of nutrients.
